In the Kamigawa booklet, i found something called okochi or something like that, and the definition was kami of all things, is that going to be a card, or is it already?? (My friends said it was unspeakable, but thats the kami of things unspeakable, not all things.)

You really can't take the stuff in the booklet all that seriously. The stupid Mirrodin block left out one of my favourite characters as cards.

Actually, it was stated that there wouldn't be a card for this guy because he's just too big and almighty to put on a card. Your best bet is to get all the cards that reference the fellow and try to build up its power in bits and pieces.

Yes, O-Kagachi will not be a legend, in the same whay that Urza in planeswalker form was not a legend. also like urza, he will ahve various cards representing his actions, like final judgment(Urza's rage, Urza's armor, Urza's whatever.)

How do you represent a creature that embodies the gap between the two worlds, and is as big as egijano tower to boot(a 25/25 with trample, indestructibility, and costing RRRWWWGGGBBBUUU?)

Well, ole mighty Urza was lame enough to frequently get his ass kicked by 2 Negators, 5/5 tramplers. Magic-players can get their asses kicked by 2 Negators, so I suggest Urza played Magic. So to make a card representing Urza, you would have to make a card that allows another player to join the game as your ally (Hey, you summoned him, right?)

Well, Draco is probably as big as Eiganjo, and the poor dear is only a 9/9.

Lol. Thats all people can think of, big tramplers. And giving them huge casting costs without realizing that there are dozens of ways to circumvent casting costs.
If they really wanted to create creatures that are that powerful, it was no problem. For example, look at the card Form of the Dragon! Its not even a creature and yet it's game mechanics make you imagine how a powerful wizard is transforming into a dragon!

There are two reasons why they don't print the most powerful beings like planeswalkers:
1) The card obviously should have a very powerful effect. To make the card balanced it does also have to have big drawbacks, restrictions casting costs and/or upkeep costs. The problem with this is that this card will end up either unplayable or abuseable in the right mix of cards, the former is not what you want for characters like Urza, the latter produces lopsided games where you either win in a blaze of glory or lose horribly.
2) Flavour. Remember, we players are plainswalkers ourselves that battle each other with our spells (cards). We are powerful enough to summon lesser creatures but obviously it does not make sense if one planeswalker is able to summon another one.
Besides, while speaking of flavour, the mystery and excitement about those characters will be even greater if they are never transferred into cardboard. Thats a trick that already Tolkien used: Actually you never see Gandalf casting anything besides a small light on top of his wand! And yet you feel that he is a poweful wizard that is trying to hide his true strength! Or Sauron ... he does not even appear ONCE in the entire LotR and yet you know he is one badass of villain, much more than many of the standard villains that are decribed in detail how they destroy this and that.
(note to all blasphemists out there: this only applies to the books of course)

Thinking about what Puschkin just said: look at the game lately. Soon, Wizards will forget we, the players, are planeswalkers, and may introduce Planeswalkers soon.

Besides, Planeswalkers CAN BE SUMMONED. Take Jaya when she summoned Freyalise, for example.

That was more of a "Hey, um... God? Could you come help me out with this issue I have?" thing.

"Hey, buddy, join in on my side so we can beat this hoe!"
