Yeah, I've been meaning to revisit my Commando concept a bit. I've also been itching to do my own version of Phyrexian Tower.

The thought I had was: what would Gix be doing now, on his retirement from Magic? Suddenly, I pictured Gix with his daily newspaper, with his morning glistening coffe, some guy on the table, gagged, waiting for his mind to be eaten with Gix's Ring lying next to him, and stuff like that. The part I managed to finish was just about 1/5 of the whole original sketch. The background here was also made in haste and quite randomly. Sadly, I didn't have time to make the whole thing and all the details I wanted.

Dunjohn's LEGO Gix just owns.
