Hmm.... Thats a tad bit to broken... the moxes i have in my set either make Echo costs pay 1 less (it doesn;t LITERALLY. But it is basically what it does.) OR Cannot untap next turn. I know colorless is different to coloured mana but look at Sol Ring.
First turn: Tanished Mox, drop, Sol Ring. Land. Tap Sol ring and Land: Whatever cool converted mana cost (with a 2 in at least.) of three or less.

And don't use the excuse that "Lotus Petal was common."

Praetor's charm should be same rarity as others and will become a common

...in case you did not notice there were cards that made use of the yard...and those cards that topdeck things were made to be like tutors for stuff in yard and there is alot that gets stuff in the yard...

Carnival does NOT suck. It is one of the most underated cards ever, how many type 1 decks do you see running enough creatures to make that hurt? Tarnished Servitor is to be used in kobold clamp.dec which also runs carnivals.

Necroling is a race in the set. I can add or sac to Burial Chambers.

Xion, since the "Xion" card is based on communing with the dead, how about you change it from a Carnival of Souls-esque ability to something like "T: Add B to your mana pool for each creature in your graveyard." Or even, to make it really versatile, "target player's graveyard."

That way, it would be like Songs of the Damned, which, despite myself, is one of my favorite black cards. But more importantly, it would show a sort of communion with the dead.

Then you can add in another ability, like "2B,T,Sacrifice a creature: Target player loses X life where X is the sacrificed creature's mana cost."

Any thoughts on that?

Xion's Ability makes sense as it is...I wanted it not to be songs + creature, and this way he goes in a deck idea I have planned for the set. It is based around Paax, Xion, Anatomical Museam and cards to deck yourself.

Planer Sanctuary is too good. Make it cost 1W and say "whenever a card would be put into a graveyard, put it on the bottom of its owner's library instead."

Is Planer VOID too good? This is a white version of that...and it is a rare. If shuffles them in rather than removing them from the game. I do not see where wall of Divinity's Toughness matters...considering the ability.

Pulled Burial Chambers, put Traverse, Exotic Cure and Demise back in. I also pulled Phyrexian Factory and put Basic Lands in.
