Ok, back to topic on hand, i think Ghost Patrol is a little overpowered... if it costed 2 more? then perhaps? Or lose the Provoke. (plus i think your grammar/grammer is a little incorrect, but i shouldn't speak. )

I like the haste concept on the card. Haste is nice. I would add some color to it. Like Kenderman said it could use some spice. But besides that it is pretty good. yayneess
