1) With Kaho, Minamo Historian, can you use a spell, many times? like counterspell removed with Kaho?
2) Does Shifting Sky also affect permanents in hand?
3) What can end Eternal Dominion's (Epic) effect?
4) Can you use Mischivous Quanars ability to target an opponents counter spell to target that same spell?
5) Did anybody get what I said?

1) Dunno.
2) No, permanents in hand are just cards, not permanents. They're only permanents when in play.
3) Stifle stops it for one time, winning the game stops it for ever.
4) I believe the Quanar copies the spell, so yes, the copy counterspell can target the original counterspell. And it can target Counterspell's target, so the original counterspell will fizzle.
5) Yep.

1) No, Kaho says "Play a card, removed from the game with Kaho", so you take the card from the Removed-from-game zone, and play it, putting it on the stack. After that, the card will usually go to the gravytard. And then it isn't removed from the game by Kaho anymore. So you could use it to play an Inferno or a Might of Oaks in a monoblue deck...

6)Can you just use "Counterspell" on Eternal Dominion the turn after your opponent plays it? After all, the Epic ability states that it is a "copy this spell" so it's still a spell and can be countered like a normal spell right?
PS: I'm a bit slow on Kamigawa...sorry:P

Well, you're not really using it on Eternal Dominion, but yeah, you could use a Counterspell on the copy created by E.D.'s Epic ability.
What happens is this:
Your opponent plays an E.D. If you counterspell it, it's countered and nothing specific happens.
If you didn't counter it, your opponent is Epic'ed and can't play spells anymore.
Then ffwd to his next upkeep, and the Epic ability triggers, putting a copy of E.D. on the stack.
Now you can counter the copy with counterspells, and nothing specific will happen during that upkeep. On his next upkeep, there will be a new copy, and unless you have a Counterspell or Stifle on a stick, you may be in trouble. So go back to answer three, and replace Stifle for Counterspell.
I hope that answers your question and that I did not make any mistakes.
