Or that red enchantment from Urza block where you discard cards from your hand to deal direct damage equal to the discarded card's converted mana cost or something.

My idea seriously though is U/G. Green for land and mana acceleration, big creatures, and for Eureka esque cards. Blue is for draw, Grozoth himself, and big creatures.

You're referring to Pyromancy, but it costs 3 mana each time to activate it. And at the time you can play Grozoth, you'd probably already discarded it with Pyromancy. But a blue green decks seems most possible indeed.
